The organization also prioritizes empowering Jews of Color through programs like the JOC Bayit, a communal living and leadership space in New York City, and by setting specific recruitment goals to ensure diverse representation across its Service Corps. Through the Avodah Institute for Social Change, they provide coaching and text-based study to help Jewish professionals integrate anti-racism and social justice advocacy into their organizational DNA.
