Zikaron BaSalon: A Yom HaShoah Commemoration and Dialogue.
Please join ACCESS Israel and ACCESS Washington D.C. , part of AJC'S young professional division, in commemorating International Holocaust Remembrance Day with an intimate conversation with Ms. Shoshana Lehrer, a Holocaust survivor from Indonesia. In this moving program, ACCESS leaders will bear witness to a survivor’s testimony and recommit to the promise of “Never Again”, and hear about a lesser known part of the Holocaust in southeast Asia. Zikaron BaSalon, "Memory in the Living Room," is an Israeli-founded global initiative in which young people gather in intimate settings to engage with Holocaust survivors and participate in meaningful dialogue.
